The On The Spot Process
Our multi-stage cleaning process ensures your tile and grout are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized without any abrasive scrubbing tools. We move appliances when necessary and always clean baseboards for a complete finish.

Stage 1: Pre-spray tile and grout with an emulsifying enzyme and sanitizing agent to lift soil and degrease.

Stage 2: Steam clean at 1,000 PSI and 220°F, while simultaneously extracting all dirty water for a true rinse and deep clean.
