Our Specialized Carpet Sanitization Process
At On The Spot Cleaning, our specialized carpet sanitization includes hand-vacuuming edges, cleaning baseboards, stain removal, and careful contents manipulation when available. Every job follows our proven multi-stage process, ensuring your carpets are thoroughly deodorized, sanitized, and refreshed.
Stage 1: Identify any stains, including soil, grease, pet damage, or food dyes.
Stage 2: Pre-spray carpets with heat-activated emulsifying enzymes and a sanitizing agent. (All enzymes are child- and pet-safe.)
Stage 3: Pre-treat specific stains with the proper spot removers.
Stage 4: Steam clean carpets at 400–500 PSI (depending on carpet type) and 200°F, thoroughly rinsing and sanitizing without leaving chemical residue.
Stage 5: Use drying fans throughout the process to ensure the fastest possible dry time.
All On The Spot Cleaning trucks are equipped with fresh water tanks and water softener systems, leaving no mineral deposits behind and ensuring a truly clean, fresh carpet every time.
